Marilyn Turner
and Wendy Harrison

Wendy Harrison and Marilyn Turner are recently retired Ontario educators who bring their experience with and passion for the Tribes Process to Tribes trainings in many locations.  As an educator in the classroom, and a principal in a school, they have experienced the power of using the Tribes Process to activate the brain and capture the heart.  They are committed to spreading the message about the power of Tribes.   
 

They are also part owners of the company Tribes Distribution Inc., which is the Canadian Distributors of the Tribes materials.

Vicky McKenna

Linda is a retired principal who, in 2008, was a cofounder of the Ontario Tribes Learning Communities Consortium - an association of Ontario teachers and others who are committed to Tribes in our schools.  We network and come together regularly to share and serve those working with children and youth using the Tribes Process.

Vicky has been a Tribes trained Teacher for 16 years! She has been a Tribes Trainer for over 7 years. She has trained many schools and teachers within the WRDSB. She recently traveled to Kuwait where she and a group of Tribes Trained Teachers taught over 200 teachers. Vicky is currently teaching grade 6 within the WRDSB. She is also part of the WRDSB mentoring program. Working alongside teachers helping and learning from them, during their first five years of teaching.

Linda Groen
Terry Doyle

Terry Doyle is a Tribes train educator and trainer. Currently a Principal with Toronto District School Board, he promotes inclusion in schools through the Tribes process. “So much of our best practices in teaching and learning are rooted in the researched based strategies and process of Tribes”. Terry chairs the Administrative team in organizing the Third OTLCC Conference and welcomes everyone to the White Oaks in Niagara for what is sure to be rich learning and growth for everyone.

Melanie Douglas

Melanie is a retired Social Science teacher and Literacy consultant. She is a TRIBES trainer and always willing to share The Process with new teachers.

Melanie is a member of the OTLCC and has worked with school boards to find pathways that bring social and emotional learning into their mainstream curriculum delivery.

She feels energized when in the company of like-minded TRIBES folk and is looking forward to bringing the 3rd conference to a reality.
